Sephora seeks a Sales and Service Leader in McAllen, TX. Lead teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional beauty retail experiences. Full-time, $22–$25.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards maintenance
- Execute daily operational tasks and foster inclusivity and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with Sephora policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge and training
