Sephora — Sales and Service Leader in Mayaguez, PR. Full-time hourly role ($22–$29/hr) leading store teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and loyalty programme execution.
  • Support onboarding and continuous development of staff in service excellence, product training and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments; 3 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire team members to reach performance goals.
  • Strong sales orientation with excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
