Sephora Sales and Service Leader, Malibu CA – Lead beauty retail team, $28–$32.20/hr, full-time, 30–40 hrs/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
- Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development to elevate performance
- Drive store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of brand standards
- Execute daily operational tasks and foster an inclusive, empowered team environment

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
