Sephora in Lynnwood, WA is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (Full Time). Hourly pay $26–$34/hr; lead and develop a beauty retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and selling behaviours to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through onboarding, product training, loyalty programme education and continuous feedback.
- Drive client engagement through personalised consultations, expert product recommendations and targeted conversion strategies.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention practices.
- Manage scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends and holidays).
- Maintain Sephora operational and safety standards to deliver a consistent, enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to learn and disseminate product knowledge quickly and to train others.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment; 3+ years preferred. Demonstrable experience coaching staff, driving sales and maintaining operational standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a relevant degree is preferred but not required.
