Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive sales and service performance across the store; coach and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through product expertise, personalised recommendations, and high standards of clienteling.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development to elevate team skills and career progression.
  • Support onboarding and continuous training initiatives including loyalty programmes and brand activations.
  • Assist with daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures to create a secure shopping environment.
  • Foster an inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, respect and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Demonstrable track record of strong client service and sales performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or certification in retail management, cosmetics, or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 25.50 per hour.
