Sephora in Las Vegas is hiring a Sales and Service Leader at NV-Centennial Center — full-time, hourly $24–$27.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, product training, and performance-driven mentorship.
  • Drive store performance via high-quality client engagement, tailored product recommendations, and mastery of loyalty programs.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports diversity, belonging, and high team morale.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming, and standards-driven shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing service environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach teams, drive sales performance, and develop talent.
  • Strong client service orientation with demonstrated success in consultative selling.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
