Sephora Las Vegas seeks a Sales and Service Leader to drive client experience and sales. Full-time, hourly $24–$31/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team, modelling exceptional client service and Sephora standards.
- Drive sales performance through active client engagement, expert product recommendations and personalized shopping experiences.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate individual and team performance and support career progression.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising, adherence to loss-prevention procedures and maintenance of store presentation.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives related to service excellence, loyalty programs and brand/product training.
- Maintain staffing reliability and flexible scheduling to meet peak retail demands (nights, weekends and holidays).
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are respected and team morale is prioritised.
- Uphold company policies to ensure a safe, compliant and enjoyable shopping environment for clients and employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client service environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service KPIs.
- Strong client service and sales capability with expert product knowledge acquisition.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements (30–40 hrs/week for full-time).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or diploma in business, retail management, or hospitality preferred.
