Sephora is hiring a Sales and Service Leader in Laredo, TX. Full-time hourly role ($22–$29/hr) leading store teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to motivate and coach store team members to deliver elevated client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Drive daily store performance through expert product recommendations, client engagement and active selling.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development to support team growth and succession.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning on product knowledge, service standards, loyalty programmes and brand initiatives.
- Oversee operational duties including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a frontline team to meet sales and service objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments, with demonstrated success coaching teams to deliver sales and service results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business, retail or hospitality is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 29 per hour.
