Sephora Lahaina seeks a Sales and Service Leader (Full Time) in Lahaina, HI. Lead teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service. $26–$30/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by role-modeling exceptional client service and driving a high-performance culture
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members to improve sales skills, product knowledge and customer engagement
  • Drive sales performance through personalised client recommendations, loyalty program execution and expert product expertise
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to maintain service excellence and brand standards
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards
  • Ensure reliable staffing and scheduling to meet business needs (full-time expectation: 30–40 hrs/week, availability nights/weekends/holidays)
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports Sephora’s diversity and belonging goals
  • Adhere to company policies to create a safe, compliant and enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment; 3+ years preferred
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate front-line teams to achieve sales and service targets
  • Demonstrable sales and client-service proficiency with a track record of driving results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting and adapting to changing priorities
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work required shifts during peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays

Experience
