Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and collaboration
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and foster growth
