Sephora in Katy, TX is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (full-time, hourly $26–$30/hr) to lead team performance and client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team through coaching, hands-on leadership, and role modelling of exceptional client service.
  • Drive sales performance by cultivating strong client engagement, delivering product expertise, and promoting personalized recommendations.
  • Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback, developing individual capability, and supporting career progression for team members.
  • Support operational excellence by assisting with inventory management, visual merchandising, daily store standards, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and continuous learning around service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes openness, teamwork, and a safe shopping experience in line with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-service environment; demonstrable coaching success.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through team motivation and client-centric selling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and quickly absorb product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
