Sephora in Kapolei, HI is hiring a Sales and Service Leader to lead the store team and deliver outstanding client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets through daily coaching and performance management.
- Drive client engagement by modeling expert product knowledge, providing personalized recommendations, and promoting loyalty programs.
- Coach, onboard and develop talent through continuous feedback, training and career development initiatives.
- Support and execute daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to company standards and policies.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that prioritizes client experience and team wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
- Strong coaching and people-development abilities with experience providing constructive feedback.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service; 3+ years of retail experience preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 30 per hour.
