Sephora — Sales and Service Leader in Kapolei, HI. Full-time hourly role ($26–$34/hr) leading store teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modeling exceptional client service and high sales performance.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, training and performance management to elevate product knowledge and service delivery.
- Drive sales and KPIs via personalized client engagement, expert recommendations and conversion-focused floor leadership.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure operational compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment that reflects Sephora standards.
- Foster an inclusive culture of teamwork and belonging across all store functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach teams, develop talent and drive measurable sales results.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and available for nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service, with a demonstrable track record of coaching teams and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Kapolei, Hawaii, USA, with easy access to Honolulu.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 34 per hour.
