Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and collaboration
- Drive store performance by maintaining strong client engagement, demonstrating expert product knowledge, and providing personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and support continuous learning in service excellence and product expertise
- Support onboarding and training in loyalty programs, brand initiatives, and service best practices
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining Sephora store standards
- Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity where all team members feel empowered and valued

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
