Sephora in Issaquah, WA is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (full-time) — $28–$32/hr. Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and coach store team members to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Drive performance through expert product knowledge, personalised consultations and effective client engagement.
- Provide ongoing feedback, formal coaching and development to elevate individual and team performance.
- Support onboarding and continuous training on service excellence, loyalty programmes and brand initiatives.
- Assist with daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising and maintaining operational standards.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, teamwork and adherence to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment; 3+ years overall retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a front-line sales team to meet or exceed goals.
- Strong consultative selling skills and demonstrable history of driving client engagement and sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
