Sephora seeks a Sales and Service Leader in Irving, TX to lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and elevating daily execution.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to colleagues to improve sales performance and product expertise.
- Drive sales and client engagement through personalised recommendations, loyalty program activation and service excellence.
- Support onboarding, continuous learning and brand initiatives to maintain deep product knowledge.
- Execute and oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising and store standards.
- Manage scheduling expectations and maintain reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Uphold company policies to ensure a safe, inclusive and enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing service environment; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet sales and service goals.
- Strong client service orientation and demonstrated sales performance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and available for flexible scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments; 3+ years is preferred. Demonstrated track record of coaching teams and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in business, retail management or cosmetology is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 30 per hour.
