Sephora Indianapolis is hiring a Sales and Service Leader to lead store teams and drive sales at Keystone Crossing. Hourly role: $24–$31/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service, setting clear expectations and fostering a high‑performance environment.
- Drive sales performance through active client engagement, personalised product recommendations and achievement of store KPIs.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members; support onboarding and continuous learning in product knowledge, loyalty programs and service excellence.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising and maintenance of Sephora standards.
- Promote an inclusive culture and teamwork, ensuring adherence to company policies and a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong client service orientation with proven sales and conversion skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of training and developing others.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or other customer service environments, with a proven record of coaching teams, driving sales and delivering superior client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or diploma in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
