Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to motivate and develop a high-performing store team, setting daily standards for service and sales.
  • Coach, mentor and provide actionable feedback to team members to elevate individual and collective performance.
  • Drive sales through expert client engagement, personalised product recommendations and loyalty program activation.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring product knowledge and brand standards are maintained.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to store standards and policies.
  • Manage scheduling expectations and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes openness, belonging, and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment; 3+ years preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Demonstrated excellence in client service and selling, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance required.

Experience

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment; preference for candidates with 3+ years of progressive responsibility in sales leadership.
