Sephora in Huntington Beach, CA seeks a Sales and Service Leader to coach teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate product knowledge, service delivery and individual performance.
  • Drive sales performance through expert client engagement, personalized recommendations, and loyalty program activation.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, including product training and brand campaigns.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, execution of visual merchandising standards, and maintaining store presentation.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and respected.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a secure, pleasant shopping environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-service environment (3 years preferred).
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
  • Strong client service orientation with demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver personalized recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and able to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable punctuality and attendance.
