Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store teams by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviours.
- Coach, motivate, and develop associates through ongoing feedback, training, and performance management.
- Drive store sales and KPIs by delivering personalised client engagements and expert product recommendations.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, including loyalty program and product training.
- Execute daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store standards.
- Manage flexible schedules and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high‑energy shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail, hospitality, or service industry experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first orientation.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment and learning new product knowledge quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
