Sephora Houston seeks a Sales and Service Leader (full-time) at TX‑Highland Village — hourly pay $26–$34/hr; lead store teams and elevate client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional client service, develop the team’s selling skills, and drive achievement of store sales and conversion targets.
  • Coach, mentor and provide ongoing performance feedback to advisors, supporting onboarding and continuous learning in product knowledge, services and loyalty initiatives.
  • Create personalised client experiences through expert product recommendations and active clienteling to deepen loyalty and repeat business.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising standards, stockroom processes and adherence to health & safety and company policies.
  • Support recruitment, scheduling and labour optimisation to ensure coverage during peak trading periods (evenings, weekends and holidays).
  • Foster an inclusive team culture that prioritises collaboration, professional development and high standards of guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
  • Proven track record coaching teams to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
  • Demonstrable product curiosity and the capacity to rapidly learn and cascade product knowledge.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
