Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive sales and service performance, delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving store KPIs.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store team members through regular feedback, performance conversations and targeted training.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and guide personalized recommendations to increase conversion and loyalty program enrollment.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards and safety policies.
  • Create an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes teamwork, punctuality and high standards of client care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and deliver superior client service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong client‑facing presence.
  • Capacity to learn product knowledge quickly and train others on product, service and loyalty programs.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
