Sephora Houston seeks a full-time Sales and Service Leader to lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. $26–$34/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the in-store team by example to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, performance conversations and targeted training.
- Drive sales performance through active client engagement, personalized product recommendations and loyalty program promotion.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising standards, and adherence to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to maintain high levels of product knowledge and service excellence.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and enforce Sephora’s standards for safety and customer enjoyment.
- Maintain punctuality and schedule reliability; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet or exceed sales goals and service KPIs.
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrable client engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and able to absorb and share product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standard retail tasks.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service settings with a track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or diploma in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 34 per hour.
