Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to drive store sales and deliver exceptional client service through personalized consultations and product recommendations.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to elevate performance, product knowledge and service standards.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory support, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards and policies.
- Drive client engagement initiatives and loyalty program participation to maximize lifetime value and repeat business.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training to ensure a high-performing, knowledgeable store team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality client experiences.
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrable client service skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and motivate a diverse team.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; full-time availability (30–40 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
