Sephora in Hoover, AL is hiring a Sales and Service Leader — full-time hourly role leading retail teams and driving client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire store floor teams by modelling exceptional client service and selling behaviours.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, training and performance conversations.
  • Drive store sales and conversion by delivering outstanding client engagement, personalised product recommendations and loyalty program promotion.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention practices.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold brand presentation and promotional directives.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires, reinforce training on product knowledge and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Demonstrated strong retail sales and client service skills, including familiarity with loyalty programs.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for stock handling and merchandising.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
