Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement and personalized product recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence and product expertise
- Manage daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork where all employees feel valued
- Maintain company policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
- Demonstrate availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
