Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to elevate team member performance and professional development
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance

Qualifications
