Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
- Coach and empower staff through ongoing feedback and skill development to elevate team performance
- Drive store profitability through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
- Manage daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and adherence to Sephora brand standards
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and openness where team members feel valued and empowered
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance; ensure team reliability across peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments
