Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire the store team, elevating client experiences and driving sales performance.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through regular feedback, coaching plans and onboarding support to optimise individual and team results.
- Deliver exceptional client engagement through product expertise, tailored recommendations and mastery of loyalty-program initiatives.
- Contribute to store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintenance of housekeeping and brand standards.
- Manage staffing and scheduling to meet required weekly hours and peak retail windows (nights, weekends, holidays), ensuring punctuality and reliable coverage.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where diverse perspectives are respected and team morale is prioritised.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, compliant and enjoyable shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
- Demonstrable ability to learn and disseminate product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Experience
At least two years of supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment, with documented success in coaching, performance management and driving sales results.
