Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and high-performance behaviours.
  • Drive sales and conversion through expert client engagement, personalized recommendations and effective use of loyalty programs.
  • Coach, mentor and develop associates—providing ongoing feedback, targeted coaching and structured onboarding to elevate individual and team performance.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and adherence to operational standards.
  • Support execution of brand initiatives, training programs and product launches to maximise commercial impact.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that prioritizes client experience, team wellbeing and retail excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards to deliver a consistent, enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments with a track record of coaching teams to meet sales targets.
  • Proven client service and sales aptitude with the ability to deliver personalized, consultative selling.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of motivating diverse teams.
  • Ability to learn and disseminate product knowledge rapidly and to lead brand trainings.
  • Physically able to perform retail duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Experience
