Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team member performance and capability
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora standards
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment where all members feel empowered and valued
- Maintain company policies and standards to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
- Ensure reliable attendance and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
