Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
  • Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development opportunities
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
