Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and empower
- Drive overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to team members to elevate performance and support career advancement
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards and brand presentation
- Foster a culture of openness and teamwork where all team members feel valued and empowered
