Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviour.
- Drive store performance through proactive client engagement, product recommendations and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments.
- Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong product knowledge aptitude and ability to quickly learn and share training content.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standard retail duties.
- Punctual, dependable and able to meet scheduled shift requirements (30–40 hours/week full-time).

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment with a track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail management, business or cosmetology is a plus.
