Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized product recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team member performance and foster growth
- Support new team member onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standard compliance
- Promote an inclusive culture of openness where all team members feel empowered and respected
- Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
- Meet scheduling requirements and maintain reliability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
