Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, training and performance management.
- Drive client engagement through expert product recommendations, bespoke service and loyalty-program activation.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or customer-service environments with demonstrated people-management skills.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; full-time availability (30–40 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
