Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback, development, and coaching to elevate team performance and growth
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards

- Execute daily operational tasks and uphold Sephora policies and safety standards
