Sephora seeks a Sales and Service Leader in Grand Prairie, TX — full-time hourly role ($24–$31/hr) driving store performance and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team through direct example, coaching, and performance feedback to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Drive customer engagement and sales conversion via expert product recommendations, personalized client interactions, and knowledge of loyalty programmes.
  • Coach for growth by delivering regular development conversations, product training, and constructive feedback to elevate team capability.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising execution, and maintaining brand standards and loss-prevention practices.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to embed service excellence, brand initiatives and compliance with company policies.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of frontline leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments; 3+ years preferred.
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and customer service targets.
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive client retention.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate diverse teams.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
