Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets through coaching and mentorship
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge delivery, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team competency and performance
- Support associate onboarding and continuous training in service excellence, loyalty programmes, product expertise, and brand initiatives
