Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Coach, develop and mentor colleagues through ongoing feedback, performance reviews and targeted training in product knowledge and service standards.
- Drive client engagement with personalized recommendations, loyalty program activation and expert product demonstrations.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, adherence to loss-prevention procedures and maintenance of store standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment and uphold Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment; 3 years preferred.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments with demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or credentials in retail management, business, or hospitality preferred.
