Sephora (Georgetown, TX) seeks a Sales and Service Leader to lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviour.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to elevate individual and collective performance.
- Drive sales through personalised client engagement, product recommendations and loyalty initiatives.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning programs focused on product knowledge, service excellence and brand initiatives.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising and adherence to company standards.
- Manage scheduling expectations and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes safety, open communication and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a secure, enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service setting with a track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, business, cosmetology or a related field preferred.
