Sephora Gambrills, MD — Sales and Service Leader (Full Time). Lead store team, drive sales, coach for exceptional client experiences. $26–$34/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive daily sales performance and exceptional client experiences through coaching, product expertise and personalised recommendations.
  • Coach, develop and motivate store team members; provide regular feedback, performance coaching and support onboarding.
  • Support execution of visual merchandising standards, inventory tasks and loss-prevention practices to maintain store presentation and operational integrity.
  • Drive client engagement, loyalty program enrollment and service excellence to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture that upholds Sephora policies and delivers a safe, enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments with demonstrated ability to coach teams to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Proven sales track record and strong client service orientation with deep curiosity for beauty products and trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
