Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to drive daily sales performance and exceptional client experiences through coaching, product expertise and personalised recommendations.
- Coach, develop and motivate store team members; provide regular feedback, performance coaching and support onboarding.
- Support execution of visual merchandising standards, inventory tasks and loss-prevention practices to maintain store presentation and operational integrity.
- Drive client engagement, loyalty program enrollment and service excellence to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture that upholds Sephora policies and delivers a safe, enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments with demonstrated ability to coach teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Proven sales track record and strong client service orientation with deep curiosity for beauty products and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Education
