Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive overall store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
- Support onboarding and training initiatives focused on brand standards and service delivery
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standard maintenance
