Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the in-store team by modelling exceptional client service and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to improve selling skills, product knowledge and client conversion.
- Drive sales results through active client engagement, tailored recommendations and execution of loyalty and promotional initiatives.
- Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage scheduling and ensure reliable coverage; be available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to deliver a secure, enjoyable shopping environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrable team coaching results.
- Proven sales and client-service orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail store duties.
