Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team through role-modelling, coaching and performance management to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales objectives.
- Drive client engagement and conversion via expert product consultation, personalised recommendations and mastery of loyalty programmes.
- Coach for growth by delivering ongoing feedback, facilitating onboarding and development, and supporting continuous learning initiatives.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising standards, loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
- Plan and maintain reliable staffing and scheduling to meet store needs; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays (full time: 30–40 hrs/week).
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that promotes openness, respect and high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Demonstrable ability to coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve targets.
- Proven sales aptitude and strong client service orientation with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and able to assimilate product knowledge rapidly.
- Availability for flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, hospitality or another client-centric environment, with a proven track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or a degree in business, hospitality or a related field preferred.
