Sephora hiring a Sales and Service Leader in Friendswood, TX — hourly $24–$31/hr to lead the store team and elevate client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to inspire and motivate team members, ensuring exceptional client service and achievement of sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through regular feedback, performance conversations and structured onboarding.
- Drive client engagement through product expertise, personalized recommendations and loyalty program promotion.
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
- Execute brand initiatives and training to maintain service excellence across the store.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive retail environment in line with company policies and standards.
- Manage scheduling requirements and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment; 3+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and inspire teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Proven client service and sales skills with strong product knowledge acquisition capability.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver constructive feedback.
- Availability for a full-time schedule (30–40 hrs/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of frontline leadership in retail, hospitality or service; experience managing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and executing daily store operations is required. Prior experience in beauty or specialty retail is strongly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
