Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Coach and empower staff through ongoing feedback and development to elevate performance
- Drive store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards
- Execute daily store operations and promote a culture of openness and inclusivity

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
