Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
  • Drive overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to elevate team performance and foster growth
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora standards
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all team members feel empowered and valued
  • Uphold company policies and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience for all clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
