Sephora Sales and Service Leader position in Fredericksburg, VA—lead teams, drive retail excellence, and inspire beauty professionals. $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and empowerment
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards to uphold Sephora's retail excellence
- Foster an inclusive and empowering workplace culture where team members feel valued and motivated to perform at their best
- Execute flexible scheduling and ensure consistent team coverage during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of documented leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve performance and sales goals
- Strong sales and client service skills with demonstrated track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments
