Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and selling behaviors.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate individual and team performance.
- Drive sales and conversion through proactive client engagement, expert product recommendations, and loyalty program promotion.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, receiving, loss prevention and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora policies and safety standards while creating an inclusive, client-first shopping environment.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-service environments.
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet and exceed sales and service objectives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Deep enthusiasm for beauty products with aptitude for quickly learning and sharing product knowledge.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with retail (able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds).

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or client-service settings with a demonstrated track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
